Drew Irvine epitomizes tremendous energy, hard work and integrity in every aspect of the real estate transaction. Drew grew up in Toronto and has over 30 years of international sales and marketing expertise, spanning Aerospace to High Tech.

Drew moved to the Okanagan in 2011 to pursue his passion of the outdoors and his two adult children soon followed. An athlete by nature, he is an experienced skier taking his challenges from Mount St. Ann, PQ to Sun Valley, Idaho. When not riding the powder chair at Big White you will likely find him hill training on Knox,  mountain biking or dragon boating. When not grinding it out he may be working on one of his latest home renovations or real estate investment properties. Having completed 7 home flips over the last 12 years with total costs exceeding well over $1,000,000 Drew is uniquely positioned as a valuable source for your new home construction or upcoming renovation.

Drew has been trained and motivated by some of the brightest and best sales leaders from Dale Carnegie to Tom Hopkins. He prides himself on having fierce negotiating skills acting equally well for buyers, sellers and investors and recently completed the Certified Negotiating Expert (CNE) as part of his continual ongoing education. He and the team use their collective experiences to communicate every detail of the sales transaction, from the first phone call all the way to moving truck arriving.
